Growing Architecture/design firm is looking for talented, experienced intermediate- senior architects who want a long term, full time opportunity with room to grow.
Ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• 5 years minimum COMMERCIAL work experience
• Must have excellent AutoCAD skills and proficient with using on a daily basis.
• Must be familiar with CSI master format specifications
• Must have construction detailing experience.
• Highly capable in all aspects of design, construction documents, and have NYC Building Code and zoning law knowledge.
• Able to efficiently communicate via phone and email with clients, contractors, vendors and subcontractors to coordinate projects.
• Currently authorized to work in the US
Applicant must be capable of working independently on all phases of a project from the design phase through the production of a complete set of construction documents/construction administration. Applicant must be well organized and should be a team player who is able to deliver effective results in a timely manner.
